A staple in every French kitchen, saucisson is a dry-cured sausage similar to salami. Our certified free range pork saucissons are made in Queensland, following old, original French recipes and techniques. With the addition of herbes de Provence, these saucissons taste just like the South of France.

Slice it up and enjoy with some wine, with raclette cheese, in salads, on charcuterie boards, pizzas, quiches and more. Our favourite way to gorge on saucisson is to slice it up with a baguette slathered in butter, cornichons and brie. Your next apero hour awaits!
