How to use?
With a rich and sweet flavour you can purée the Black Garlic with oil and then smear the paste on crostini, incorporate it into dressings, or rub it onto chicken or fish before roasting.
Powdered - you can also sprinkle it as a flavouring on anything that needs earthiness and depth
