Shipping policy
How is the shipping price calculated?
Shipping is free if your order is equal to $150 AUD or more.
For orders under $150 AUD, the price of shipping is calculated on the weight of the order, the region/city which it is being delivered to, and, if available, the shipping option that you select.
Some addresses are not available to be shipped to. If this happens, we will contact you for you to provide a better address option.
We receive excellent rates from Sendle while making sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
In your order confirmation email, there will be a tracking number for tracking your parcel with Sendle. You can access Sendle parcel tracking number at this link here
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at support@byronbayoliveco.com
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
Please note that orders placed on Thursday will be picked up by the courier for delivery on the following Monday.
If you place an order on Thursday we will only organize pickup for Monday as otherwise your goods will sit for the weekend in a warehouse.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).
