I have salicylate intolerance so I can't use extra virgin olive oil which is very high in salicylate. I have been looking for a mild olive oil which should have lower levels and this oil seems to be the safest one for me. I can only afford to use small amounts but I can tolerate it. This means I can use it to slowly reintroduce olive oil and slowly increase my salicylate tolerance. Thank you for making this product available.

Can I say what a beautiful tasting oil that the perry taste at the back of the throat was awesome full flavour it makes a difference with salads, steaks and everything really. Don't waste time with other olive oils get bryon bay organic oil that is all you needs.Thanks again for this wonderful product keep up the good work

I stumbled across these olives upon on a road trip up the Northern coast of NSW. I couldn't find any Sicilian olives that tasted anywhere near as good as these when I returned home down the coast. I order 2x 1KG bottles online and I'm enjoying some right now. Fantastic!

Whilst your Sicilian olives are still my favourite these Kalamata in herbs and garlic are indeed excellent. Try them once and you won't go back to Woolies!
