This black garlic is to die for! A cracker, a dash of black garlic and some cheese and my taste buds are in heaven!

The best i found in Australia, flavour is well balanced, texture is fantastic, the best finger food for my aperitif.

On a recent visit to the Byron Bay Hinterland, I stumbled upon Byron Bay Olive Co headquarters because we were detoured during some nearby roadworks! Don't be fooled - as well as a mouth-watering array of olives, I purchased three delicious saucisson and some leaf tea to enjoy during our stay. Such friendly staff and their helpful recommendations made another visit during our next stay in the region an absolute must! If I could give six stars, I would!

These sweet herbie garlic bulbs are delicious & nutritious. I eat three everyday to keep up to the moment for the health benefits. Can’t find a better product (although the chilie garlic is almost as good.

I use to buy my chilli garlic every week from the HOTA market. I eat it every day for the endless health benefits. Upon moving to Victoria I could not find a stockist close to me. I ordered the 2 litre tub. Postage was quick and now I am happy I can eat it again daily. I have recommended it to my family and friends and they love it too. I’ve never been able to find such yummy tasting garlic anywhere that you can eat so easily. 5 stars from me.
