The sweet garlic keeps all the health benefits of garlic and manages to leave out the sharpness that regular garlic has. Therefore, we will not feel the strong aftertaste of classic garlic or the burning sensation in the mouth or stomach at all! Or get any bad breath.

Once again not a huge fan of lots of garlic but was keen to try this sweet garlic...divine, used it on platters, in cooking and even ate some while cooking...just a little but was different and not overpowering.
We tried these when we visited Byron in April and just had to order them from Sydney!!!!!
