These Sicilian olives are a Mediterranean classic, marinated in rosemary, thyme & preserved lemon. 
A bright eye-catching green, they are a beautiful addition to platters and salads. 

Our Sicilian olives are grown in Italy and picked early-harvest, resulting in a dry green olive with low salt content. Cured in just water and salt, they are full of flavour with a satisfying, crunchy, meaty bite.

Tasted these olives while in Mt Kosciusko and ordered them for snacks and platters when home in Cairns.
Best tasting since eating olives on east coast of Italy.

The best I have ever had!

I have repurchased these 4 times. I first tasted at Meadowbank markets in Sydney and have tried plenty of other brands, farms and producers of olives.
THESE ARE THE BEST!! They are sweet and fruity and the herbs are just perfect.

Harry and I have tried many olives over the years but the Sicilian are definitely my favourite! A little less salty with more crunch. Harry loves the kalamatas. We go through a large jar every two weeks!
