A staple in every French kitchen, saucisson is a dry-cured sausage similar to salami. Our certified free range pork saucissons are made in Queensland, following old, original French recipes and techniques. 

Slice it up and enjoy with some wine, as a snack on its own, with raclette cheese, in salads, on charcuterie boards and more. Our favourite way to gorge on saucissons is to slice it up with a baguette slathered in butter, cornichons and brie. Your next apero hour awaits!

The saucisson on was beautiful. Preferred the traditional over the herbed flavour. It was fresh and went well with the sweet garlic and a nice French wine. Loved it. Will order again. Delivery was prompt. Thank you.

Fantastic !!!!

Very,very good sausages/salami.
Chilli = excellent. Fennel = amazing.
We think this is the best we’ve ever tasted and being polish, we know a bit about delicatessen product. We will DEFINITELY be ordering again.
