Chimichurri is an herb-based condiment that is a culinary specialty of Argentina and Uruguay.

Typically served alongside grilled steaks, roasted beef and pork sausages, it is made from continental local parsley, fresh garlic, dried oregano, ground chilli, salt, pepper, bay leaf in a base of sunflower oil and red wine vinegar.

Traditionally, in Argentina, the sauce is used when we cook asados (BBQ).

Pour it on the roasted meats and vegetables. It is a great as a salad dressing, as a pasta sauce.

You can replace commercial sauces and give a natural flavour to your food.

The crew at Byron Homemade Pizza are an Argentinian crew living in Australia for several years.  They like to share their gastronomic taste with the Australian community.

The amount of flavour in 1 jar blows my mind. It’s delicious with bread, pizza, steak and much more. I wont go anywhere else for it.
