The olive spread originates from Provence, in the South of France. Our black tapenade is salty, briny, bold, plant-based and gluten-free. We follow a traditional family recipe combining finely chopped black olives and herbs to create an authentic vegan tapenade which can be used in a wide array of dishes.
How to use tapenade?
Enjoy it as a dip accompanying crudités and crackers. Spread it on bruschetta or toast with smashed avocado and feta, add a dollop to salads and pizzas or swirl it into pasta sauces for bold Provençal flavour. The possibilities are endless.
Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 7 days.
